Me Laurent Benatar

Laurent Benatar is an attorney and founder of Nexum s.a.

As a Graduate in law, Laurent Benatar is a member of the Bar of Quebec since 2004. As an attorney, he has worked within two firms in Montreal.

From the beginning of his career, all of the practice of Laurent Benatar was focused on civil contractual and corporate litigation. As such, he has represented clients before the Court of Québec, Superior Court and Court of Appeal at the Montreal, Laval and Longueuil Courthouses.

Furthermore, Laurent Benatar has pleaded in Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court, Municipal Court, at the Tribunal Administratif du Québec and Régie du logement.

This courtroom experience has enabled Laurent Benatar to develop without a doubt a competence in the drafting of legal procedures and in presenting arguments before the Québec courts of justice.

Laurent Benatar has also developed a know-how specifically in non-contentious matters such as those regarding adults rendered vulnerable because of an illness.
