An adult is vulnerable when he is at least partially incapable of:
● caring for him⁄herself
or
● managing his/her assets and property
due to either:
● an illness
or
● a deficiency
or
● aging-related conditions
if it impairs his/her ability to express a decision, whether mentally or physically.
